Sarah Gerspacher, DPT


Sarah graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2014. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Marymount University in 2017. Sarah uses a patient centered approach focusing on individualized education and working towards meaningful, personal goals. She specializes in pelvic health physical therapy treating pelvic floor dysfunction for all genders. This includes pregnancy and post-partum rehabilitation, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, post abdominal surgery recovery, and pelvic pain conditions. Her other professional interests include maximizing function for individuals in the geriatric population and those with neurologic impairments such as stroke and Parkinson's Disease for which she is an LSVT BIG certified clinician. A native of Washington state, she loves being outdoors. Outside of the clinic you can find her training for a half marathon, hiking, at her Crossfit gym, practicing her golf swing, or traveling to new places with her fiancé.
